Biography
I am an attorney (J.D.), electrical engineer (M.S.E.E.), and mechanical engineer (B.S.M.E.) with over 20 years of experience in patent prosecution, litigation, and counseling.
During my legal career I have been fortunate to have been recognized as a "Rising Star" (by Super Lawyers®), and a "Top Patent Prosecutor" (by Patent Research Review™), and in “Who’s Who in America” (by A.N. Marquis Company™).
At FOGARTY IP, I help technology companies develop patent portfolios, negotiate license agreements, and defend against infringement actions.
TECHNOLOGIES
I have written and prosecuted patent applications in various technology areas, including software, cloud computing, network monitoring and security, audio and video processing, analog and digital circuit design, microprocessors and microcontrollers, memories, semiconductor fabrication, electronic packaging, and
business methods.
