At FOGARTY IP, I manage clients' intellectual property portfolios, including prosecuting United States and foreign patents. I have also represented clients as both plaintiff and defendant in substantial patent litigation and arbitration matters. I also assist clients with due diligence, opinion work, licensing, and other intellectual property matters.
